About us
The present owner joined the company over 20 years ago and has been in the industry since leaving school. Capital removals (as it was known then) was operating successfully for well over 10 years prior. We thought a couple of years back that renaming to movers was more in tune with modern ideas. You can rest assured we have the experience and presence which will give you the confidence to use us time and time again, we do indeed have many clients who come back to use our service.
Within the industry our removal vehicles are known as vans (technically pantechnicons) don't let this description worry you these vehicles range from 1 to 17 tons - so if we say we have a van booked you know it will be right.
All our staff have been trained to handle, pack, transport and setup all your belongings to a safe high standard. Probably the biggest drawback all professional removers encounter is the DIY brigade, after all, how hard can it be. Thankfully, most people only do it once, otherwise we would not be in business and yes to the untrained it is hard.
